How can I recover my password?
We have made the process of recovering your password a very simple one:
- Open your SafeToNet app and click on the ‘Parent Device’, underneath the log in screen you will see a ‘Forgot my Password’ button, click on this button;
- Now, you will be asked to provide the email address you used to first registered with us;
- You will now receive an email with a verification code and a link where you can change your password.
